The most important thing that is in one’s lifestyle is fitness; 
Fitness is a wealth that is the key to a fulfilling and long life.

In today’s busy working and life schedule folks cannot even take out an hour and go for a jog or exercise or go to gym. 

People who appear to be fit from outside may have given birth to a disease inside them because of inactivity ,  sitting for long hours on a chair in front of their computer screens in office , watching TV all these things slowly leads to complete inactivity of a person’s body.

Laziness in such people increases and after a certain period of time they start seeing symptoms of obesity, pains in their internal organs , liver getting enlarged , migraine  and much more. 
These individuals experience more stress than a normal human being and also they age faster than others.
Our body is designed in such a way that whenever we exercise or do a light workout , brain cells present in our brain gets activated and they produce chemicals such as: norepinephrine, endorphins, serotonin, dopamine - 
These chemicals play a vital role when it comes to being healthy as they help in reducing anxiety, stress, they get you in a good and happy mood. If you have ever done a workout or gave gone for a jog after finishing up your jogging or exercise you would have experienced that you fell confident and good about yourself and you might have wondered why this happens: the answer is that it happens because of these chemicals.
